By creating anaccount, depositing funds, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have

read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Due to the nature ofdigital financial technology services and instant access to platform features,refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Nature of Services

TRADING TP LLCprovides digital technology services that enable users to access an onlinetrading interface.

The Company does notprovide brokerage services, investment advisory services, portfolio management,or financial advice of any kind.

The Company does notguarantee profits or investment outcomes.

Once a deposit iscredited to a user’s account and access to the platform is granted, the digitalservice is considered delivered.

For this reason,deposits are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated in thispolicy.

3. Deposits

Deposits made intouser accounts are intended solely for use within the platform.

Users areresponsible for ensuring that:

  • The deposit amount is correct

  • The selected payment method is correct

  • The transaction is authorized

5. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refund requests maybe reviewed in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by a verified technical error

  • Proven unauthorized payment (subject to investigation and compliance review)

  • System malfunction confirmed by internal audit

All refund requestsmust be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

Refund requests willbe reviewed in accordance with internal compliance procedures and applicableregulations. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject refundrequests following such review.
