This Risk Disclosureshall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Stateof Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. No Custody of Funds

TRADING TP LLC doesnot act as a custodian, broker-dealer, investment advisor, financialinstitution, or fiduciary.The Company provides technological infrastructure and software services onlyand does not hold client funds in a custodial or fiduciary capacity unlessexplicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

21. Restricted Jurisdictions

The platform is notdirected to, nor intended for use by, persons located in jurisdictions whereonline trading services are prohibited, restricted, or require specificlicensing.Users are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the platformcomplies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

22. User Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By registering andusing the platform, the user confirms that:

• They are financially capable of bearing potential losses.
