Risk Disclosure – Recommended Amendments for Trading TP
The current Risk Disclosure is well structured. The following additions are recommended to properly cover the Copy Trading feature.
Add New Section After Section 14
14A. Copy Trading Risk
Copy Trading involves additional risks beyond those associated with self-directed trading.
When using the Copy Trading feature, users voluntarily choose to replicate the trading activity of another user ("Master Trader").
The decision to copy any Master Trader is made solely by the Copy Trader.
Trading TP does not recommend, endorse, rank, certify, or guarantee the quality, suitability, profitability, experience, or future performance of any Master Trader.
Past performance, historical returns, rankings, popularity, or profitability do not guarantee future trading results.
Copy Traders may experience partial or total losses, even when copying historically successful Master Traders.

14B. Execution Difference Risk
Copied trades may not always be executed at the exact same price or time as the original trade.
Differences may occur due to:
- Market volatility.
- Liquidity conditions.
- Price movement.
- Slippage.
- Network latency.
- Internal processing delays.
- System maintenance.
- Technical interruptions.
Accordingly, the performance of a Copy Trader may differ from that of the Master Trader.

14C. Master Trader Risk
Master Traders are independent Platform users.
They are not employees, agents, representatives, investment advisers, portfolio managers, or financial professionals acting on behalf of Trading TP.
Trading TP is not responsible for the trading decisions, strategies, risk management, experience, or performance of any Master Trader.

14D. Copy Trading Technology
The Copy Trading feature is provided solely as a technological tool that enables automated trade replication.
Trading TP provides the underlying software infrastructure only and does not make investment decisions on behalf of users.
Users remain solely responsible for deciding whether to activate, continue, suspend, or terminate any Copy Trading relationship.
Update Section 22 – User Acknowledgment and Acceptance
Add the following acknowledgments:
They understand that Copy Trading carries additional financial and technical risks.
They understand that copied trades may produce different results from the original trades.
They understand that Trading TP does not guarantee profits or successful performance from the Copy Trading feature.
They accept full responsibility for selecting and following any Master Trader.
